Sydney Educational Broadcasting Ltd is committed to ensuring that all employees and volunteer workers are treated fairly and equitably, recognising their right to participate in the activities of the company in an environment, which is non-discriminatory and tolerant.

In line with the current legislation and social expectations in the broader community, Sydney Educational Broadcasting Ltd will act:
