The partnership that is Hayley and Emma began last year when the girls’ eyes met across the busy classroom at Radio School and the rest as they say is amazing radio history...

They honed their skills working the prime timeslot of 1.30am Sunday morning where they once delighted listeners by singing the entire theme song from the series The Nanny. It was possibly this genius masterstroke that got them promoted to breakfast.

In debating names for their show Emma floated the brilliant suggestions of “Hayley and Emma on the Sass Factory” and the “The Arrogance Hour” however they have finally settled on the equally creative name “Hayley and Emma”. It is important to note Emma believes this should be said “Emma and Hayley”.
