We work mainly in installation, public art, printmaking and drawing, but also do a sideline in sustainable graphic and object design (websites, posters, T-shirts, CD covers, portable offices etc.). naked on the vagueNaked on the Vague

Sydney's Naked on the Vague are Lucy C Phelan and Mathew P Hopkins. Since forming a few years ago, Naked on the Vague have continued to make their mark on the underground music community with their unique sound that fuses no-wave pop sensibility with experimental, psychedelic noise soundscapes. They have released a 7" record, an EP entitled 'Sad Sun,' and most recently their debut album 'The Blood Pressure Sessions,' out through Dual Plover. More...

Nearly four years on from their critically acclaimed debut album, "Sleeper", ollo are back with the follow up, 2ser album of the week 'The If If". Between albums they toured live and DJ'ed internationally, created video art, and began a weekly radio show on 2ser - Extended Play. More...

john kennedyJohn Kennedy

At the age of ten, John Kennedy the musician took the confirmation name of Francis to complete the famous "J.F.K." moniker. It seemed like a good idea at the time. The joke has long since worn off. The 80s saw Kennedy bring his pop melodies to the flourishing post-punk Australian indie music scene. His name alone should have brought him commercial success. It didn´t, but he continued to release a series of successful independent records. After much travelling, Kennedy Kennedy returned to Sydney in the new millenium, has a new band, album and label and lives once again in Sydney's inner-western suburbs. More...

Playback is an improvised theatre form dedicated to the stories of everyday life. There is no script for Playback - the stories, the moments, the emotions and the script come from the audience. It’s a marvel to watch as the improvising ensemble-a mix of actors and musician skillfully and playfully craft your story. The distance between the audience and the performers that exists in traditional theatre disappears in Playback as audience and actors create the drama of the evening together. More...

Black Sesame is Sydney based vocalist, violinist, songwriter and ex-mathematician Melissa Cox, accompanied by an array of musicians including the amazing efforts of CODA strings; CODA being ARIA award nominees and CODA strings (the majority of the CODA line up) have appeared on recordings for Toni Collette, Gomez, Kid Confucious, The Sleepy Jackson, Lior, Gelbison and Vassy. VertigoNation make songs that are like mini road trips. There sound is at once arresting and comforting as they cross electronic elements with classic rock styles. Influences as extreme and varied as Rammstein, The Prodigy, Goldfrapp and Garbage meet in their music.

Their sound a unique flavour, paying definite homage to European bands and apart from cultivating fans from every corner of the globe through relentless internet promotion, they are able to offer the Australian scene something fresh that has been welcomed by internet prowlers and live audiences alike.
