Sydney is one of the world’s most livable cities — but it’s also one of its fastest growing. With the population sitting at around 5.5 million and forecast to surge dramatically over the next 15 years, the pressure is on to rethink how the city grows without losing what makes it feel like home.
Ahead of next month’s Sydney Summit, hosted by the Committee for Sydney, Melissa Cate Christ, a landscape architect and lecturer at University of New South Wales, and Natalia Krysiak, an architect and play consultant, joined 2SER Breakfast to discuss how cities can be designed not just to grow, but to thrive.
