Seeking Justice with the Hear Me Out Project

Ever experienced injustice and not known who to talk to?
Well you are not alone. It is a problem many experience, with over 300 complaints bodies in Australia it is no easy task finding the right complaint body and can be so complicated that a lot of people never file their complaint.
To help address this justice gap The National Justice Program, The UNSW Kaldor Centre and Portable teamed up to create the Hear Me Out Project, a free AI legal tool guiding people in New South Wales and Victoria towards the best complaint service that can help them seek justice.
Dean Moutopoulos, the Hear Me Out Project Lead at the National Justice Project, joined Wednesday Drive to talk about the AI Service and it’s impact in New South Wales and Victoria.
