Saturday Film Club Returns for 2026
The Sydney Opera House’s weekly film screening is back
Comedian, filmmaker and writer Alexei Toliopoulos is returning to host Saturday Film Club at the iconic Sydney landmark. Saturday Film Club is a weekly screening of excellent films, alongside Q+A’s with special guests.
The club is returning on Jan 24th with their screening of Pedro Almodóvar’s 1999 film, ‘All About My Mother’ (Spanish: Todo Sobre Mi Madre), a queer, Spanish black comedy about a bereaved mother, an overwrought actress, her jealous lover and a pregnant nun. ‘Of An Age’ director and Almodóvar fan, Goran Stolevski will also be joining the screening for the film’s discussion and Q and A.
