15 per cent Backpacker tax: the winners and losers

The 15 per cent backpacker tax has passed in the senate, down from the Government’s previous proposal of 19 per cent.

After 18 months of debate the bill was passed 43 votes to 19.

So who benefits from the Government’s last minute win?
