$216 Million Circular Quay Upgrades

What will the new Circular Quay look like?

The state budget is just around the corner and $216 million have already been committed to the redevelopment of Circular Quay. The upgrades are set to be sustainable and could possibly have an inspired New York highline aesthetic.
