It is officially the 40th anniversary of  Mardi Gras and what’s more fantastic that having a look back at the revolutionary art in the 40 Years of Queer Art exhibition.

78er and co-curator Robyn Kennedy spoke to Sophie about the progression of Mardi Gras from protest to celebration, the issues of rebellion and subversion in the show and continuing activism in the LGBTQIA+ community.
