A historic win for transgender women in the federal court

Roxanne Tickle was discriminated against on the basis of her gender identity as she was removed from women-only social media app Giggle for Girls. The Federal Court Justice Robert Bromwich delivered an historic verdict which protects the human rights of transgender people.
