A Vacation Away From Your Phone

Have you ever tried a digital detox? Turned your phone off or limited your screen time? It’s hard to completely switch off but how can we take a break from our screens over the new year break to rest, revive, and recuperate from a year like no other?

Dr Kathryn Modecki, from the The Menzies Health Institute Queensland (MHIQ)  at Griffith University joined Breakfast to tell us how we can take a vacation from our phones.
