ACOSS Response to Federal Budget

There’s been a mixed response after Josh Frydenberg delivered his first budget, with some suggesting it may be a pre-election ploy. While businesses are probably cheering after a promise of instant asset write-off changes, other sectors, including seniors groups, aren’t too happy. How will the budget affect those on welfare benefits?  Tess was joined by Jacqui Phillips, director of policy at the Australian Council of Social Service.
