Adenomyosis: The Condition You May Have Without Knowing It

Although for many years menstrual health was downplayed in the public arena, general knowledge has increased about conditions such as endometriosis. 

But have you heard of Adenomyosis? 

Like endometriosis, it effects the uterus and is defined as an abnormal presence of inner-uteral lining. For years it was misdiagnosed and it is likely that a significant amount of women have it.
