Antibacterial Honey and it’s properties

Bees all over the world are facing a seriously tough time. Bees play a crucial role in our ecosystem, helping plants grow and making the spread we put on our morning toast. If that’s still not enough evidence that we need these little guys, a new study shows that honey can actually have incredible antibacterial properties. To talk about the unseen upsides of honey we had Daniel Bouzo, a PhD of UTS.
