The Artist’s Room: A Special Film Screening

Film buffs take note: there’s something really exciting happening at Event Cinemas on George Street over the next few months. Called The Artist’s Room, it’s a series of film screening events that are going to include discussions with the filmmakers.

The event is in collaboration with Create NSW and  the Australian Film, Television and Radio School. The local screen industry will be the primary benefactor, with tickets proceeds  going towards a new development fund for screenwriters, administered by Create NSW.

The first edition of The Artist’s Room is on May 31st, with David Wenham, and cult classic Gettin’ Square, directed by Jonathan Teplitzky.
