Ashfield’s Carnival of Cultures

The annual Carnival of Cultures will be held in Ashfield this weekend. The event celebrates the cultural diversity of Ashfield with cultural performances, food, market stalls and activities. In Ashfield around 60% of people are born overseas (2016 Census) which makes the community a vibrant mix of many cultures.  

 

To find out about the event and the program for 2019 were joined by Inner West Council Event Manager, Michael Daly. 

 

Carnival of Cultures is held on Sunday 24th February 10am-4pm at Ashfield Park, corner Parramatta rd and Orpington st Ashfield.
