The art of the protest has long been used to fight against injustices and inequality, and not always through violence. Nic talked to Catie Mcmenamin and Aiden Magro, the organisers of ‘Be the Change’, an upcoming peaceful protest opposing sexism, homophobia, transphobia and transmisogyny. They chatted to Nic about how we can bring respect to the forefront of Australian society and the ways people can get involved with this positive protest.
