Bill and Toni’s, one of the oldest Italian restaurants in Darlinghurst is celebrating its 60th anniversary.

Claude Tropea, the current owner of Bill and Toni’s, shares his experience of running the highly successful and beloved restaurant that has led to a strong community from all walks of life. This community is the result of six decades of love and dedication poured into this lovely restaurant that goes beyond culinary excellence.
