The Bitcoin Bandwagon and Dark Net Market Places

Recently there has been a heightened interest in cryptocurrencies, in particular Bitcoin. Research has verified what up until now has been anecdotal evidence that bitcoin is being used for illegal activities.

The anonymity surrounding the use of bitcoin and cryptocurrencies is also driving what are known as dark net market places where such illegal activity is taking place.
