Board leaders not skilled on digital transformation: report

A new report released by the Governance Institute of Australia shows Australian corporate leaders and board members are not coping with the digital transformation in their organisations.

The report shows more than half of the respondents have few or no technology skills.

But most concerning, around 40 per cent of the participants say digital transformation is not a priority.
