Budget or ‘transition plan’?

The word ‘plan’ has been thrown around a lot in the last few weeks, as Treasurer Scott Morrison made his case that this year’s federal budget isn’t just a series of numbers, but a game plan for Australia. So is the treasurer’s plan visionary enough for the country in the long term?
