Burmese cuisine for the Sydney summer?

The Weekly Feed is back, and Alison from B-kyu Blog has a taste suggestion that’s hard to find in Sydney: Burmese food.

With a focus on a spicy kick and fresh ingredients, it’s perfect as summer rolls around, but a little tricky to find.

Alison recommends The Burman Kitchen in Granville — especially the pickled  tea-leaf salad, Mohinga soup Ngyapi yea — fresh veges with a dipping sauce you cannot miss.
