Bushfire alert continues in Queensland

The bushfire season has already started, and Central and North Queensland are the latest regions to be affected.

In some places on the Western Downs Regional Council, residents are in evacuation centres across Dalby and Chinchilla.

Last night in Mount Isa, residents were told to monitor warnings and be prepared to leave, and it’s the first time a water bombing aircraft flew around the town.
