Calls for Increased Health Care Funding for Indigenous Youth

A recent report released in Western Australia revealed the high rates of suicides in indigenous youth. Medical organisations are calling for PM Scott Morrison to implement a ‘crisis response’, to urgently upscale Aboriginal-led mental health services. The situation highlights the importance of the current government working alongside aboriginal communities. CEO of the Indigenous organisation, Healing Foundation, Richard Weston spoke to The Daily.
