Can sustainable tourism reduce cost of living for locals?

Protests across Europe against overtourism are gaining momentum as the cost of living in the continent continues to increase. 

Spain will host around 100 million international travellers this year, and residents in Barcelona are protesting, saying mass tourism increases their cost of living.
