Carbon Labelling with Dr Yi Li

Carbon labelling may be a set of words that you are not too familiar with. Carbon labels are used to signify the impact that a food item has on the environment.

The Daily host, Cameron Furlong, spoke with Dr Yi Li, senior lecturer in Marketing at Macquarie University, about her new research on carbon labelling.
