Census : Children With Disability Increasing

The 2016 Census has revealed an increase in the number of children with disability, up nearly 40,000 since 2011. But there are other children with disabilities that were not counted in the census, and so many more children who require assistance that are left out.

Karen Fisher, a professor at the Social policy research centre of UNSW joins Joel now to talk about this.
