Changing of the Australian National Anthem

In recent days, Prime Minister Scott Morrison says he has been encouraged by the strong response from Australians to a change in the Advance Australia Fair that recognises our “timeless land of ancient First Nations peoples”. First Nations Foundation chairman and Yorta Yorta man Ian Hamm also welcomes this change, firmly believing the anthems change will enable a long overdue recognition of Indigenous history as part of our Australian history. The Monday Daily was joined by Mr Hamm who shed light on what the change will mean for our nation.
