Chin Wags on FMF: FANGZ ‘Shui’ LP balances raw punk energy with melodic grit

This week on Feed My Frankensteins chin wag session, I chatted on the phone with Josh Cottreau, lead singer of FANGZ,  Eora/Sydney Punk misfits (and mainstayers), about their debut album ‘Shui’.

Like most of our chats on 2SER with FANGZ, there was laughter, shop talk and a sprinkling of the unhinged. From eggs to hot dogs and peanut fiascos, we love FANGZ and we know you do too!

Listen back to find out more about the album and also somehow about Josh’s naturalisation to Australia and thus FANGZ.

Head to FANGZ.band to secure a limited edition zoetrope ‘Shui’ Vinyl + merch bundles

FANGZ will be playing at Waywards in Newtown on the 12th July tickets – here

Fave tracks of mine from the album include:

Gone and Anne Marie

but you be the judge! email feedmyfrankenstein@2ser.com to tell me your favourite track from Shui and I may just play it!

Okieeeeee thats all I have to say on the matter byeeeee xoxo – DJ monStER
