Class Action into Strip Searches

Have you been strip searched? Two days ago, Redfern Legal Centre and Slater & Gordon announced that they are launching a class action investigation into strip searches at Splendour in the Grass. They are currently taking registrations of interest from people who experienced “unlawful police searches” – whether that be peering down your top or trousers, asking you to take off your clothing, or searching you after a police dog noticed you.
