How close are we to Closing the Gap?

The Closing the Gap report was presented to the federal parliament by Malcolm Turnbull yesterday, which indicated that we are on track to achieve only one of the seven target goals the report set out. This shows that the disenfranchisement of indigenous australians has not been eliminated, but perhaps worsened.
