Copyright Laws and the Aboriginal Flag

Two aboriginal owned businesses and the AFL have been instructed to stop using the Aboriginal flag on their clothing products for copyright reasons. This has caused some to suggest the Australian Government to should obtain the copyright of the Aboriginal flag.
