COVID-19 Has Set Back Women’s Workplace Equality

Coronavirus has done a world of damage in our healthcare systems, our economies and life as we know it. Unfortunately the list doesn’t end there. Women it seems are experiencing an increased gendered division in labour and the workplace, setting notions of equality in the workplace back a few pegs.

So what is causing this? And is there anything we can do to balance it all out? 

We were joined by Lyn Craig, Professor of Sociology and Social Policy at The University of Melbourne, to talk more about this issue.
