The D word: why we should be talking about death

A Productivity Commission report has identified the need for better quality end-of-life care. Its findings show that too many people are dying in places and circumstances not of their choosing. So in a society where the topic of death is not openly talked about, how can we ensure our loved ones die with dignity? Georgia Hing looks at the rise in conversations around mortality and in particular the growing phenomenon of the death café.
