Dance Theatre Workshop: ‘Spring for Seniors’

Spring for Seniors returns to the Sydney Opera House! Held at the Centre of Creativity, this monthly dance-theatre workshop is designed especially for adults aged 55 and over.

Led by renowned dance artist and educator Diane Busuttil, the program combines gentle movement with dance theatre activities. Spring for Seniors encourages creative expression and storytelling while improving individual strength and mobility. Diane, with her extensive dance background and her role in founding the Creative Caring Dance Programs, brings warmth and expertise to every Spring for Seniors session.

Whether you’re an experienced dancer or just want to have a little boogie, this welcoming workshop is open to all skill levels. It’s also a great chance to meet others and have a social coffee afterwards, chatting about all things dance theatre!
