Should Derryn Hinch name convicted paedophiles using his parliamentary privilege?

Derryn Hinch has been using his parliamentary privilege in order to name convicted paedophiles in his Senate speeches. Parliamentary privilege allows him to be safe from legal repercussions when otherwise media outlets are subject to suppression orders. Should he be allowed to do so?
