Destructive Leadership In The School System

New research has explored how top-down negativity and bad leadership in Australian primary and high schools can have a ‘ripple effect’, influencing the education, behaviour, and beliefs of students. We were joined by Dr Pamela Ryan of the Institute for Sustainable Futures at UTS to discuss destructive leadership in the school system, what makes it possible, and what needs to be done to help.
