Disability vulnerability to COVID-19

The news that another NSW disability care home has a case of COVID-19 once again has highlighted the vulnerability of disabled people.

People with Disability Australia says that with low vaccination rates and the lack of a comprehensive plan to protect both the disabled and their carers they are sitting ducks – particularly when locked down.
