Diving into the world of ‘extreme corals’
When you hear coral reefs, what do you think? Pristine blue waters, colourful ecosystems, maybe even little a clown fish named Nemo?
It may not be new to you that we’re causing irreversible damage to our coral ecosystems.
Currently a lot of the research being done to protect these reefs has been focused on the pretty ecosystems.
But as we’re learning, the answers for their survival are coming from the murkier waters which home the ‘extreme corals’.
