Don Bryant: Southern soul gentleman

The Memphis soul legend returns . . 

Don Bryant began singing in church at the age of 5 and went on to write hits for a host of Southern soul stars including the great Ann Peebles, who also became his wife.

Bryant’s recording comeback, Don’t Give On Love, is dedicated to Peebles, who suffered a stroke in 2012. 2SER Dirt Music host Stuart Coupe spoke with Don Bryant on the old times and new album.
