Drinking safe water during the Summer Holidays

It’s the holiday season, and with hot weather on the way it’s important to know what water is safe to drink. With recent heavy periods of rainfall, waterways in Eastern Australia have been contaminated by flood water that can pose serious risks to the health of those who drink it.

James Murray speaks to Dr. Ian Wright, Associate Professor from the School of Science at Western Sydney University about why you should be on guard while drinking water if travelling and what you can do to check to see if the water is safe.
