Call for towing training amid safety concerns

The Summer holiday season has just started, with many Australians kicking off their vacation with caravanning.

An organisation called Drive is challenging the Governments lack of towing endorsements on full licensed Australians and urging mandatory training for towing.

Currently, there are no specific restrictions for towing with a full license, allowing anyone with a C Class license to tow various vehicles.

The Wire speaks to the Director of content at Drive, James Ward ,about the safety concerns around Australians using towing on busy roads during holidays.
