E-Bikes and E-Scooters as the next Step in Sustainable Transport

Queensland and Tasmanian residents are getting 500 dollar rebates for purchasing e-bikes and e-scooters, now how will this work in Sydney given there is confusion around electric bike laws and electric scooters being illegal everywhere but private property.
