The End of Australian Piracy?

Research commissioned by the Australian Home Entertainment Distributors Association has found that piracy rates in Australia were only 16 percent in the past month. This is surprising as rates were as high as  21 percent at the same time last year. As the world’s most notorious pirates, will Australia’s piracy rates ever reach zero?
