‘Revenge Porn’, is a phenomenon whereby people share intimate photos of a partner without their consent. While it has been covered extensively in the media, the law has been slow to catch up.  Dr Asher Flynn, Senior lecturer in Criminology at Monash University spoke to The Daily about the implications of any future laws.
