Exotic To Me – New Exhibition From Carol Ruff

Clovelly artist Carol Ruff’s latest exhibition, ‘Exotic To Me’,  is an ode to her mother. A woman who’s childhood in Dutch colonial Java held great beauty but also great pain.

When Carol’s mother died in 2019, aged 96 years, Carol decided to take her spirit back ‘home’ to Java.
