Extension of Living Donors Support Scheme

On the 8th May the Federal government extended the Living Donors Support Scheme for another 4 years. This will include a $4.1 million dollar budget injection extension of the program that will also see out-of-pocket expenses covered. What are the new measures that will be introduced?
