Fastest Growing Black Hole Discovered

Australian astronomers have announced that they discovered a black hole more than 12 billion light years that is the fastest growing object in deep space. The black hole devours a mass equivalent to Earth’s sun every two days and its estimated to be the size of 20 billion suns expanding one percent every one million years.

Dr Christian Wolf from the Australian National University’s Research School of Astronomy and Astrophysics joins us to discuss this.
