Inside a revived townhouse in the centre of Redfern, a humble eatery has been offering up a menu you can’t find anywhere else.

Bush head chef Grant Lawn spoke with Madeleine Achenza for her new segment FEAST where she digs into the hottest venues in Sydney’s hospitality scene.

He walks through the process behind their seasonal menu which puts the delicacy into native Aussie ingredients and explains the concept behind “No One’s Perfect Sundays”.
