FEAST: Sunshine Inn

Lizzie Tillett comes highly recommended among those who orbit in the food world.

Head Chef at the Sunshine Inn, she hails from California but has been living and working in the Australian hospo scene for a couple of years.

Lizzie told host Maddie Achenza that she was intimidated by the idea of being a chef after working alongside so many male chefs throughout the start of her career.

Now she’s heading up the kitchen of a female-driven restaurant and serving up delectable plates that make the eyes water.

Head to the Inn at 180 Redfern St if you want a feast for the eyes as well as the belly.

You won’t realize until the plate is licked clean that you’ve eaten your five a day.
